School Bright was selected by Ministry of Education to implement the digital education management system for 500 schools nationwide. The two parties recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the one-year education digitization project.

According to Narin Khurana, CEO and founder of JabJai Corporation, an EdTech startup and developer of “School Bright” digital education management platform, the company will implement the online learning and school management system for 500 schools nationwide, covering kindergartens, elementary, high schools and vocational education.

The company will hold a one-year training at schools and online including consulting service of digital learning and school management.

The classroom learning system will be the online system that teachers can monitor and assess students’ performance online from any learning platforms chosen by schools such as online language and lifestyle learning Skilllane; online English courses Voxy; online IT, language and business Coursesquare, online English language Quest; and online Thai and English language PASAA-D.

Meanwhile, the learning assessment and scoring of home schooling can be also done online via School Bright platform. The system was designed to save time for teachers and schools by encompassing homework assignment system, attendant notification, and digital student cards.

The management system covers online enrollment system, online tuition fee payment, co-operation system and digital canteen system.

“The Covid-19 pandemic creates an opportunity to EdTech startups and also places the digital foundation to schools assisting teachers to handle the instruction more efficiently, inside and outside the classrooms,” he said, adding that the post Covid-19, the world of education, both locally and globally will move toward online learning and digital education management.

The classroom learning is still existing, but will be along with online learning, the same way as business sector where people adopted technology for their “work from home” practice.
