National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) or NIA by Agro Business Creative Center (ABC Center has led 4 Thai agritech startups to join F&A Next 2019 at Wagenigen, the Netherlands during May 15-16, 2019
The 4th edition of F&A Next aims to bring together startups, investors and companies in the Netherlands. The event is an initiative by Rabobank, Wageningen University & Research, Anterra Capital and StartLife.F&A Next attracted more than 800 venture capitalists and investors. The event is about thought leadership from leading agrifood companies such as Uniliver, Sainsbury, Synenta; updated statistics of agritech startups and investment in agritech startups in European Union, deep tech startups in agriculture and food industry, and Big Data applications for new business models. Also joined by startups at PhD students who create businesses based on their research projects and intellectual properties.
At F&A Next, NIA has created international collaboration in agriculture innovation and supported four agritech startups having them an opportunity to go overseas market and meet investors.
The four startups are:
- GH Robotics, a drone solution provider for agriculture such as Agriculture spraying drone, Agriculture mapping and survey drone.
- EverGrow, an automation and controller system service provider for plant nurseries in agriculture, live stocks and fisheries focusing on IoT technology and IBM Watson Machine Learning.
- Tevada Corp, a solution service and platform system, providing intelligent technology of NDVI multispectral camera, weather station, soil measurement system and smart farming, as well as application on cloud server.
- BioMatLink, an agricultural service platform using technology for smart farming and farmer network and cooperations.
One of startups joining the event will receive a US$1 billion fund soon.
