“Zanroo” to launch “Arun” platform for personalized marketing needs in the future

Mr. Chitpol Mungprom, Founder and CEO of Internet Base Business Group Co., Ltd., a startup which provide ‘Zanroo’ social listening service, said in the fourth quarter this year, the company will launch ‘Arun’ an open platform that use Open API to analyze huge database from every channel.

The platform can connect to marketing technologies such as paid media, owned media and earned media together so brand can assess the return on investment (ROI) accurately.

“Arun’ will help expand the awareness of brand better than ‘Zanroo’ which is used just to analyze the brand data on social media only. Arun will be marketing stack that can connect with other systems such as call center, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media and link every aspect of customer’s information and present in the format of single view of customer. The customer information will then be analyzed through artificial intelligence so we know preference of each individual customer.

The marketing stack will have to base on open API to link the system with the owner of global technology such as provider of cloud software, so that all the information will be combined into one. This will be different from before which the brand usually advertise on the mass media so that the product can reach all customers.

In the future, the Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) will be able to do personalization more accurately. This will need three elements which include keyword creator, algorithm technology and insight analysis.

For future marketers, aside from marketing skills, they also need to have knowledge about technology and database analysis because marketing stack and AI will turn everything into automatic marketing. To use these tools efficiently, marketers have to have analytical skills and technological knowledge inevitably.
