THAIQRmenu a free digital platform to take care small Thai restaurants and customers’ safety

Addtech Hub created THAIQRmenu, a free solution to the post Covid-19 dine-in problem for small Thai restaurants and taking care of customers’ safety.

Warin Virashpinthu, CEO at Addtech Hub Public Co. Ltd. as a co-founder of THAIQRmenu disclosed that the company has developed “THAIQRmenu” a digital menu platform for medium and small entrepreneurs who want to have their menus with text and image showing online to customers. The digital platform enables customers to order contactless instead of holding the paper menus.

The THAIQRmenu application is a free service for restaurants throughout the country by which customers can read and order the meals via QR code scanning without contact the menus preventing a new wave of Covid-19 pandemic.

The company expected that the THAIQRmenu application can enhance hygiene and food safety at every single contact point of the restaurants such as cash or menu. The system is beneficial for restaurants and shops that are not ready to invest in technology, most are those some 100,000 Thai restaurants such as steamed chicken rice shops, barbequed red pork rice shops, Northeastern papaya salad shops, noodle shops, coffee shops nationwide.

Shops and restaurants can create their own online menus via the website www.thaiQRmenu.com by registering their shops, uploading the images of menus, creating online menus and receive a QRcode and then place it on the table of where people can easily scan it. And the menu will be instantly appeared on smartphone or tablet of customers.

At present, the provinces where THAIQRmenu application available are in Phuket, Chantaburi, Surat Thani and more to come in the near future.
