“Serb” one-stop-service mobile app bringing photographer to your house for any kind of shoot, plans to be a source of freelancers, spa, salon, manicure where customers can schedule appointment and pay online.

Jirapath Bunyawetcheewin, CEO of Serb Service Platform said this month, the company will launch Serb mobile application for photographer booking and service where customers can meet photographer choosing any types of photography, and schedule an appointment with photographer. Reviews of photographers are available on the app as a decision-making tool. Customers can choose photographer based on their purposes or events such as wedding, graduation, celebration, family occasion, and so forth. Professional and amateur photographers’ portfolios are accessible.

“We expect that there will be a lot of photographers using our platform because more people today are more looking for services online due to the Covid-19 and Serb would like to be a channel for freelance or unemployed photographers,” he said.

Serb connects consumers and photographers, providing good photographers to customers solving any problems that consumers have been dissatisfied such as no show, late, delay, over price. However, the Serb platform equipped with payment system and photographer database ensures customers with identified photographers whom guaranteed by Serb.

Customers will pay for service fee to Serb via QR Code or mobile banking once a photographer delivers and uploads the photos, and get approval by customers.

Jirapath noted that in the future, Serb will expand its services to spa, salon, beauty salon and more, delivered to customers’ homes. Customers therefore will need not to travel getting for the services, but those accessible ones will be on “Serb” platform where they can choose providers, schedule appointment and do online payment.
