Gotcha!mall, a Japanese personalised coupon web application startup is marking its new footprint in Thailand under the concept of “Shopping is entertainment”.

It was developed to satisfy the need of new generation, reach the target group broadly, and create opportunities among the tough business competition. Currently, Gotcha!mall has been successful in Japan and Taiwan with growth rate of redemption (number of purchase) 332.1% from 2017-2018. The company plans its service and operation expansion in ASEAN, starting from Thailand.

Consumers can receive online coupon from https://th.gotchamall.com/ and use it for discount when they buy products. This allows consumers to enjoy on-the-go shopping anywhere and anytime. Meanwhile, stores and brands can make the marketing plan and data analysis with AI Algorithm system on this Omni Channel platform to get more insight of consumers’ behavior. The company targets men and women who are 18-50 years old and live in the Greater Bangkok to be its users.

“Gotcha!mall adopted AI Algorithm system and continuously expands its operation in Japan and other Asian countries including ASEAN, China and Taiwan to link all users together. We target to be the largest omni-channel platform in Asia by using social network as our channel of information and promotion. Gotcha!mall also supports retailers and other businesses to attract clients and boost the sales in line with the growth of tourism market,” he said.

The companies formed partnerships with Thailand’s influential conglomerates and successfully made a total of over 1,500 stores join Thailand’s “Gotcha!mall” that include convenience stores “FamilyMart” and “Lawson” and supermarket “TOPS”. It targets to have 3 million members and over 20,000 shops on Gotcha!mall in Thailand by 2020.
