Because of the emerging trend in education and the fact that technology increasingly facilitates people’s life and creates a new possibility for learners to learn at their convenience or whenever they like, Course Square can greatly expand its customer base.

Nuttapon Watcharasirisuk, the chief executive officer of Course Square Co., Ltd., a startup providing an e-learning platform and online courses which develops a website called www.coursesquare.co, said that Course Square’s systems and solutions have been more widely recognised and each year it has better turnover and performance. Moreover, the company has recently launched Course Square Mine, a service that help tutoring schools build online platforms and e-learning courses.

These schools have reasonable grounds to choose this new solution, thanks to the company’s highly efficient systems that ideally meet the needs of academic and tutoring institutions as well as high-school and college students. Course Square’s all online systems- its core strengths- are successfully developed by Thai developers and programmers. These systems are, for instance, online learning system, consultant and solution, customization, instant online learning platform and IT service.

Course Square Mine is like an IT division of tutors’ schools or institutions. So tutors can focus on their courses while the company takes care of all IT systems.

“Course Square Mine expects to grow exponentially. At present, we have approximately 10 tutoring schools that use our services and by the end of 2019 the number is expected to triple. Each school has its own teaching expertise such as mathematics, science, or English. These are common core subjects for entrance examination. Apart from the quantity, we are looking for the quality of schools as well, meaning they must be able to develop course syllabus and content,” said Nattapon.

In 2018 Course Square targets 60% increase in revenue, coming from fees for the systems services (both free and monthly payment) and revenue sharing.

The startup has been supported by several government and private sectors including National Innovation Agency (NIA), True Incube, DEPA, Samart Corporation, and National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
