GET commences motorcycle taxi driver recruitment program

GET, an on-demand service application, which is set to launch in Thailand in the near future is commencing its driver recruitment programme today.

Motorcycle taxi drivers can now become part of the GET movement by registering to become a driver via the website or by attending the company’s first driver recruitment event “GET First Meet” on 18 -19 August 2018.

Pinya Nittayakasetwat, GET Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, said: “We are excited to be working with all relevant stakeholders to tailor GO-JEK’s world-class technology to suit the needs of Thai drivers and consumers. GET is now ready to welcome ‘win’ or licensed motorcycle taxi drivers onto our platform. ‘GET First Meet’ will be the first event that allows motorcycle taxi drivers in Bangkok to learn more about GET, as well as to register to be a GET driver. They’re more than welcome to bring along their family members to enjoy the event for free.”

The “GET First Meet” event for “win” drivers will take place on 18 – 19 August 2018 at Warehouse 30 on Chareon Krung 30. The two-day event, designed to help “win” drivers to get to know GET in a fun and welcoming environment, will feature free food, drinks, games, and mini-concerts from Baitoey R Siam and Kong Huayrai. Drivers who join an onboarding session will be entitled to many special privileges including a chance to win motorcycles.
